Returns Policy

At Crib Goch, all sales are final. However, if you recieve an incorrect size or a damaged / faulty product, we'll give you either a replacement or refund once the previous item has been returned and cover the shipping costs.

Return Period

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please send an email to cribgochh@gmail.com with your order number and an explanation of the issue with the product. We'll reply within 4-5 business days and If the product you recieved is then deemed to be an incorrect size or is faulty, we'll provide you with return instructions.

Refunds and Exchanges

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days or ship your replacement product. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
